Body Sculpt

Sculpt and tone every zone in our Body Sculpt class. This is a low-impact, strength-training class. Free weights, BOSU balls, stability balls and resistance bands are just some of the equipment used in your body sculpt workout. Every week is different. Every week is awesome. Led by Suzie Lightle

Boxing-Based Fitness

A non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness class focused on cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and stress relief. Designed to build confidence and stamina without prior boxing experience.

Cardio Circuit

Get ready to sweat, smile, and move! This cardio circuit training workout blends high energy, full body exercises, with fun upbeat music, that keeps you motivation up. You’ll rotate through stations designed to keep your heart rate up, while never feeling boring or repetitive. The music drives the rhythm. The transitions keep things exciting. All with a vibe that feels more like a party than a workout.

Interval Training
Coral Warren

This interval training workout combines free weights, resistance bands, and functional equipment to deliver a powerful full-body burn. You will move through timed workout and recovery intervals. Alternating between strength, cardio, and muscular endurance. Coral will keep your heart rate up while helping you to build lean muscle. All while targeting different muscle groups, keeping the workout fresh, challenging and engaging.

 

Pilates Fusion
Suzie Lightle

Pilates Fusion is a dynamic workout that will challenge multiple muscle groups. Incorporating exercises from different workout styles such as Pilates, barre, yoga, cardio, and resistance with a deep focus on core. We will emphasize moves that will tone, stretch and strengthen muscles as well as increased flexibility.

Pound
Erica Mackey

Come rockout/workout in our Pound Fitness class! This class is a full-body cardio jam session done with lightly weighted drumsticks. Have fun drumming your way to a leaner you while rocking out to your favorite music. No rhythm or dancing skills required. Taught by Erica Mackey, certified Pound instructor.

Strength Training

A resistance-based class emphasizing full-body strength, functional movement, and safe progression. Supports long-term fitness, injury prevention, and confidence with weight training.

Yoga

Improve your flexibility, strength, and balance in our all-level yoga class. This yoga class offers sessions that will explore vigorous, athletic-flowing styles to classes that have slower-paced, long-held poses to help guide you to complete wellness while you stretch, tone and relax. Led by Suzie Lightle, certified yoga instructor.
